Pilot S.S Double Jacketed Steam Kettle
These steam kettle is used to mix various ingredients such as oil, different spices properly. This mixture is used to coat several snacks as kurkura, chips and puffs.
Its main features are

- Temperature bearing capacity upto 70-75oC.
- Integrated with motorized agitator for mixing operation.
- Contains agitator for absolute mixing, pump to transfer the mixture (slurry) to flavouring drum.
- 3kw heater to get oil temperature level upto 70 -75oC.
Consists of VFD control panel to control infeed (quantity of ingredients).
The s cattle can be used in various industries for products like snacks, namkeens, chips confectionary, pulses & grains, grits & granules for food, pharma, plastic & other industries.
This pilot S.S double jacketed steam kettle is used for heating liquids like fruit pulp, ayurvedic medicine etc. using externally generated steam connected through pipes. These pilot S.S double jacketed steam kettle is mounted on M.S frame. Tilting arrangement is provided for discharging the material inside.
